Our body treatments help to reduce muscle tension, increase flexibility, improve circulation, replenish moisture and bring balance to your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
During the summer months, if you wish to use the facilities and 'make a day of it', we ask that you book at least (2) spa services each (not including manicure and pedicure). However if you wish to book (1) service only and wish to spend the day at the pool etc. you may pay an extra hospitality charge of $50. per person.

There are no sebaceous glands on the feet and they are very vulnerable to drying out and retaining toxins. HighFields has just introduced a new water based product which features urea which is a protein and a natural humectant.
Our products have no unnatural preservatives, are not tested on animals and contain anti-fungal and antibiotic properties.
Your treatment includes a foot observation, consultation and recommendations for home care products. You will enjoy a foot soak in our heated and vibrating massage chair or esthetics bed, followed by callus removal and softening, cuticle conditioning, nail clipping and shaping treatment for cracked skin and brittle nails, and application of polish. Please be aware that we do not use a credo blade.

This is a unique customized body treatment, based on the principles of Ayurveda, which means the science of life or longevity. A consultation with you establishes your tri-doshas which are your body constitutions. Specific herbs and essential oils are mixed to balance your tri-doshas. It is the belief that when the doshas are unbalanced, this causes disease, be it psychological or physiological. This treatment deeply cleanses, purifies, balancing and soothing the body while relaxing the mind. |

 Wild organic seaweed is hand harvested from the cold clean underwater garden off the coast of Vancouver Island. Sea Flora is the only Canadian spa line to blend wild whole seaweed and natural ocean nutrients and combine them with the principles of European Thalasso Therapy to hydrate and feed the body through our most vital organ, the skin.
